These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of this website and your purchase of products from SoMatcha, operated by Yara Ibrahim Abdullah Al-Namlah Beverages Café, Commercial Registration No. 1010662382, VAT Registration No. 312481144800003 (“SoMatcha”, “we”, “us”). By browsing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Accounts

You may browse the website without an account. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Products

We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colors and finishes may vary slightly depending on your screen. Matcha is a natural agricultural product, and variations in color, aroma, and taste between harvests are normal and are not defects. Product availability is not guaranteed and limited-edition items are sold while stocks last.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are inclusive of value added tax unless stated otherwise at checkout. Delivery fees, where applicable, are shown before you complete your order. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed. Payment must be completed at checkout; your order is not processed until payment is received.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase. A confirmation email acknowledges that we have received your order; it does not constitute acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order, in whole or in part, in cases including but not limited to unavailability of stock, a pricing or description error, suspected fraud, or an inability to verify the delivery details you provided. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled items.

6. Order Changes

The contents of an order cannot be modified once the order has been placed.

Delivery timeframes, tracking, and related conditions are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Delivery estimates are indicative and are not guaranteed dates.
